For a small town with an overall dearth of decent dining options, Clinton has a surprising number of solid Mexican joints.  Cinco is probably my fourth favorite Mexican place in the city, but it's still totally ok.

Pros: Wide menu, pork and steak were both well cooked and well seasoned.  Tap beer, including ok Mexican selections, with generous pours.  Prompt, friendly service.

The food lacked the flair of Clinton's better Mexican restaurants.  It's awfully close to ADM and some gross stink is bound to seep in. Also, it was almost stiflingly hot when we ate--the ac might have been turned off.

I had the steak, chicken, shrimp combo fajitas and thought it was pretty good.  Well seasoned without being too salty.  The rest of my group (6 total) had burritos and some combo platters and no one had any complaints.  They have Pacifico on tap, so that is a big plus!  The service was friendly and prompt.  I've eaten at the other 3 Mexican places in town and this is my favorite.

Our raw vegetable toppings had a piece of raw steak in it. I can tell the difference between raw beef and raw tomatoes yet they wanted to argue with me even when you could see the fat hanging off the meat. Too dangerous won't be back.

Menu items listed as "beef" are made from finely textured beef (pink slime). It has virtually no flavor and little texture. The cheese is also very greasy. Sad that they charge above average prices for LOW grade ingredients. I'm too scared to try the chicken or steak.  They do charge $0.70 extra for a to go order though you do get chips and salsa... Good thing, because that's all I could stand to eat.
